Desdede aquì un feliz cumpleaños a Bruce Kulick, quien fue y sigue siendo parte importante en la KISSTORIA, recuerdo que la primera vez que escuche el Crazy Nights, quede impresionada con el solo en el inicio de una super rola, NO, NO, NO, que decir cuando tuve oportunidad de conocerlo en vivo y a todo color en la Expo Rock Show, (que fue una odisea) y claro mi escaso inglès no me permitio decirle màs que "Nice to meet you Bruce", pero fue una gran experiencia.

Que cumpla muchos màs!!!!

Ahhh y felicidades a todas las Lupitas :)

A NEW CLASSIC KISS ALBUM???

Paul Stanley 'open to the idea' of recording a brand new KISS album…

KISS rhythm guitarist/vocalist Paul Stanley has confirmed to the Clog that the band are seriously considering recording a new album.
Rumours of a brand new KISS release first surfaced last week on photographer Ross Halfin’s blog. Now Geoff Barton has taken it upon himself to grab the Classic Rock poker and agitate the embers of speculation (poetic, huh?!).

Barton recently talked to Stanley and asked him:

What does the future hold for KISS?

It looks like we’ll be touring Europe as well as the States next year. You’ll be getting more of what you saw at the Download festival this past summer – the KISS Alive! vibe amped up to the max. There might even be a new KISS album at some point. I have been ambivalent to the idea in the past but I’m much more open to it now.

Why is that?

Well, I thought that I'd be content for KISS to remain a heritage act, just playing our greatest hits – Detroit Rock City and all that. But the new KISS line-up with Tommy Thayer (guitar) and Eric Singer (drums) is proving to be so good, so strong in spirit, it would interesting to see how we perform in the studio. I must stress that no recording time has been booked at this point. But it if we were to go into the studio, the intention would be to make a KISS album in the style of our 1970s recordings. A classic KISS album, unmistakably.

REVENGE EN TOLUCA 3/10/08

Ayyy ahora si que me tarde en publicar..aquì les dejò mi relato con Revenge en Toluca

Fue un viaje muy loco...paso de todo, antes y despues, encuentros...desencuentros, victimas de la delincuencia... en fin, pero el ànimo de los chicos fue màs grande que todo eso, estuvo divertido, el lugar estaba muy padre, cuando llegamos ya andaba por ahì Daniel Razo colocando su stand de memorabilia....(y soy feliz porque mi amor me regalò el Jigoku retsuden, y me compre el Family Jewels :)

Este fue el cartel del 3 de octubre en el Area chica en en toluca

Los primeros en aparecer fueròn los chicos de Disipado..que manejaron versiones super diferentes de kiss, interpretaròn, do you love me, Beth, y algo de su autoria, la verdad no fue mucho de mi agrado aunque debo reconocer que le echaron ganas.

Seguimos con Carbono, que iban con mucha fuerza, tambien interpretando covers, y lo mejor fue al final de su show con su inerpretaciòn de -Marciano-.(y todo eso paso mientras en el camerino..de color rojo.. Revenge se preparaba)
La noche continuo con Devaneo, que de igual manera interpretaron a kiss con tremendo èxito y temas originales.

Ya casi a la media noche saltò REVENGE al escenario, interpretando Psycho Circus, con mucha energìa y como ya es buena costumbre, el pùblico no tardo en dar respuesta al llamado del mejor Frontman Pepe Stanley , quien logrò que la gente se prendiera de inmediato, dentro del show hubo de todo, un buen set list, Mark Simmons se encargo de darle vida a the Demon..escupiendo sangre en forma espectacular, y que decir del solo de Alex Frehley...todo el bar se quedo en shock...

ya casi al final y para rematar..el buen Kiki Singer, tuvo un solo potentisimo, y asi se los digo, literal, terminò con la bateria.
Por desgracia el lugar no tenia los requerimientos tècnicos necesarios, por lo cual el show se tuvo que suspender.


Me agradò mucho la gente de allà, son muy calidos, muy animados, al final la mayoria de los asistentes se subio al escenario para tomarse la foto del recuerdo.

One more time, mil gracias Amor, y a Alex, Marco, y Kiki por un viaje tan genial, ahhh por cierto conocì a Eli una niña super linda, tàmbien nos acompañò Hos. Ayy que recuerdos..cafesito en la mañana y todo no?? jaja
